I am not sure which one of the three of us is most excited about this beautiful house Johnston Homes has built for us! Words will never express how thankful we are for both of you. Everyone we talk to says the same thing, that you all are not typical builders and we wholeheartedly agree. Not only do you build an amazing home with gorgeous touches you truly care about the people you build for. Thank you both from the bottom of our heart for the compassion you have shown us during what could have been a difficult next step in a process none of us realized would be so soon. I can honestly say dad is smiling down on this beautiful new house that you two brought to reality. Thank you!!

We are so thankful for Johnston Homes!  Matt Johnston and Ryan Hutcheson went above and beyond during our custom home build.  They really listened to my husband and I and made sure to incorporate all of our wishes and priorities while keeping us on budget.  Matt and Ryan met with us frequently to keep communication open on the progress of our home as well as answer any questions we had.  They are hard working, kind, and honest and we highly recommend them!  Our best friend, who was a builder, passed away in 2018 and a concrete truck was painted as a memorial to him.  We asked if that specific concrete truck could be scheduled to pour the concrete for our driveway.  Ryan made this happen for us!  It was the icing on the cake of a fantastic home building process.  For amazing quality, impeccable customer service, constant communication and integrity, Johnston Homes is our top choice!

Johnston Homes built our beautiful custom home, and we couldn't be happier with how it turned out.  From start to finish Ryan was very helpful to us every step of the way, ensuring the project stayed on track and on budget. He never grew impatient with us and offered his knowledgeable advice with all of the decisions we had to make involving even the smallest detail.  He sent us pictures on days we couldn't make it down to see the progress. Every special request we presented he made happen and all with kindness and graciousness.
